I had the chicken Montana sandwich. Mmm so good. Two barbeque thumbs up. The waitress answered my question if the chicken seasoning was spicy which it isn't. Only complaint not all the ingredients were listed for the sandwich (didn't know it had lettuce and tomato) nbd. Would come here again.
Niko's Tavern had great service; just the food was hit or miss. The bartender didn't know how to make the drink I requested (a hot toddy) and d8nt bother to Google it either. She said she knew, and then just gave me a shot of whiskey in a warmed glass. I didn't send it back, but seriously. We started with the fried green beans - they were fantastic. My steak sandwich was delicious! Chicken wings were good, very moist, no complaints. The burger was overcooked and bland. Fries were ok. Overall, I'd go back and am willing to try different things on the menus. Again, service was excellent. Our waitress was super nice and helpful.
First the hostess was a true hustler moving quick and taking care of plenty..
Service at the tables was very typical nowadays.
Our order consisted of the Fire roasted rigatoni , Italian beef sandwich, and southwest chicken wrap...pics are included
The pasta had very good flavor but if you noticed wrong noodle was used for rigatoni, the beef was lacking seasoning , the chicken wrap was very basic and unfortunately kinda dry...coleslaw was absolutely awesome but the serving was so so small very disappointing .
Overall I'll be back but every meal is over priced in my opinion from 3 to 5 bucks for the overall serving you get... depending on the dish.
Visited on a Tuesday night for dinner. Wasn't crowded, which was nice. It was quiet and the music that was playing was good. Our server was very friendly. Food was good but the price is more expensive than most places for the portions you get. $17 for a frozen burger patty with some toppings, that's a lot of money. For four people, one of which was a toddler, our bill was $100 before tip. If you're looking for a cool atmosphere, this place has it but you'll pay for it.
Dinner and appetizers for a party of four at 5:00 at Niko's Tavern on a Monday was a nice experience. Two of us shared the potato skins as our meal, some of the best I've had in a while. Another person had a special request, a Reuben but made with turkey (called a Rachel). He asked the server if they could make that she said no, she didn't think so. He asked if she would be able to find out and she was not very thrilled about that but returned to say it could be done. The other person ordered the onion soup and Reuben egg rolls. All these dishes were very good, served hot and timely.
The server checked back with us a few times a good intervals and was friendly, she didn't hold it against us for our special requests. Oh yeah, we also ordered a drink the server wasn't familiar with but I wasn't surprised by this one. It was a cowboy martini, beer with several olives and olive juice. Don't knock it 'til you tried it.
We were also surprised by table side entertainment in the form of a magician. At first I was kind of dreading it but he was awesome. If he comes to your table let him do his thing and tip him!
Over all, it was a good experience and we'll definitely be back.
Well prepared meals in a clean and friendly atmosphere. Service was courteous and friendly. The dinning area and restroom were clean. Big screens throughout too. I will definitely return for another visit.
Fun place. Decent prices. Nice staff.
Cool atmosphere and really nice people. However I was somewhat disappointed in the food. The cheese curds at old republic are 10 times better, the fish fry had really no taste to it and the sliders were relatively bland. Prices were reasonable.
